BATON ROUGE – LSU football's season-opener against Florida State on Sunday, Sept. 3, will be televised on ABC at 6:30 p.m., the network announced Tuesday.

The matchup will be held at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

This is the second consecutive year LSU will open its season against the Seminoles. Last season, the Tigers lost 24-23 after kicker Damian Ramos' extra point, which would have sent the game to overtime, was blocked by defensive back Shyheim Brown with no time remaining.
